I have been following a very strict meal plan since the first week of January 2009. This past week I have slipped and ate whatever I wanted. Before this last week I was eating every 2-3 hours and not eating any processed foods or sugar (other than natural sugar from fruits).
The last week I have been very lethargic and tired and un motivated in every way.
I believe that it is the intake of non natural and processed foods that are loaded with sugar and fructose corn syrup.
Yesterday I returned to my strict diet and am feeling a tad bit better this morning.
I plant to stay back on this way of life and not return to the fake foods.
Much discipline is needed. But it is WELL WORTH IT !
